Thus iRidium mobile made a huge jump with regard to the Company development and marketing activity (in comparison to the former HI-TECH BUILDING 2010 where iRidium was presented on 3 stands only) proving that we are inevitably extending our boundaries and capabilities.

During the exhibitions operation of iRidium with a wide range of the supported equipment and different software graphics capabilities were demonstrated to visitors. The iRidium mobile Team and their partners received the positive feedback and valuable suggestions on the product improvement that will be implemented in the next versions of iRidium.

On October 27-30, 2011 MacroKinetic Technology Consulting Ltd – HDL dealer – attended the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2011(Autumn Edition): one of the world largest and most famous exhibitions in Asia. The fair attracted a record-breaking number of exhibitors which counted 2,104 companies from 31 countries and regions with a total number of trade visitors - 33,319 people (including 9,484 local and 23,835 overseas buyers). It was one of the most successful fairs.

At the Fair iRidium mobile was presented as an integration of Room Mix Module “Smart-Bus SB-DN-HMIX12” + iRidium for Smart-Bus & iPad solution. Many visitors got interested in the iRidum & HDL (Smart-Bus) solution saying that it’s “one of the most intelligent systems for the smart home control with a user friendly interface”.

Thanks to the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair iRidium and HDL companies made a good reputation and gained new customers for their product.

On October 2-12, 2011 the iRidium Team made a business trip to Europe. The aim of such a journey was to discuss technical and marketing matters with iRidium actual and potential partners and to outline the iRidium expected future development and promotion at the market.

All in all the iRidium Team, represented by Nikita Kamaev (Sales and Development Director) and Dmitry Shulgin (Chief Engineer), had successful meetings with 11 companies in Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium:

Our partner and iRidium distributor for The Netherlands and Belgium – iRidiumMobile.nl - takes part in the “Domotica & Slim Wonen 2011” exhibition: Home Automation and Smart Living Event. It is a platform showing the smartest technologies and services for the housing, living and care environment. This event is the opportunity to fully see and experience what is possible in today’s world of home automation and smart living.
 

The exhibition is held on November 23-24, 2011 in Evoluon Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Over 130 exhibitors will display what their latest products and services have to offer, and approximately 3500 professional visitors are expected.

Last year iRidiumMobile.nl presented the iRidium software at Domotica & Slim Wonen 2010 and interest of the exhibition visitors was very high. That was the reason for iRidiumMobile.nl to take part in the exhibition this year.

In version 1.5.6  we fixed the following bugs:

• in version 1.5.5 AV Control did not work 
• in Crestron the Base license did not work
   

New iRidium 1.5.5 version was finally released on August 31, 2011. We appreciate assistance of everybody who participated in its development and testing.

In version 1.5.5 we inserted the following changes:

•  AMX bugs are fixed;

•  new AMX commands are added;

• HDL Smart-Bus driver is notably improved;

• bugs of the HDL Smart-Bus and BAOS 771 driver are fixed;

• problem of the ТСР + UDP gateways is solved;
• iRidium GUI Editor is improved.

Ultimate License for AMX Controller is a license which is bound to an AMX controller enabling to control from an UNLIMITED number of control panels(iOS or Windows XP/7 devices).
 
The advantages:

In version 1.5.4  we fixed the following bugs:

 - Non-stable connection to the NI700 & NI900 controllers
 - Wrong version number is displayed in the Device settings
 - Bug with Device Search & Update

New iRidium 1.5.3 version was finally released on June 28, 2011. We appreciate assistance of everybody who participated in its development and testing.

There are some improvements made in our new version:

• AMX protocol is greatly debugged, Converter for TP4 files is improved.
• iRidium GUI Editor is greatly debugged and improved.
• iRidium Transfer is debugged.
• Updated commands for HDL Smart-Bus DLP panels. Added Z-Audio (HDL Smart-Bus) support.  
• KNX driver is debugged - support of a large number of IP-Routers and IP-Interfaces.
• Added BAOS 771 & BAOS 772 support.

On June 27-July 2, 2011 we held «iRidium for HDL SMART-BUS» training in Guangzhou, China to make sure that Smart-HDL distributors and dealers know product “iRidium for HDL Smart-Bus” and can operate it easily.

We consider it to be crucial because after the training our distributors and dealers were able not only to sell iRidium in their regions but provide efficient Technical Support to HDL Smart-Bus installers and integrators.
